Amit Agarwal is a dynamic entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in fields as diverse as transportation, logistics, real estate, and insurance. Since graduating from N M College, Mumbai, in 2002, Amit has expanded his family business from a single operation to over 36 locations across India, moving into logistics warehousing and 3PL services. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, he also serves as an insurance agent with TATA AIG and is a real estate developer in the Delhi NCR region.

 

After stepping into his father’s business, Amit initially found himself feeling stuck, both professionally and personally. He was hoping for a savior to bring change but soon realized that only he could truly transform his life. This realization marked the beginning of Amit’s journey of self-discovery and personal transformation—a journey that laid the foundation for his first book. He encountered many others like him—wonderful, capable individuals who were living life without a clear goal or passion, often feeling lost or limited. Writing this book was his way of extending a helping hand to those who, like him, sought direction and growth. His hope is that this book helps readers design their own lives and achieve greatness on their own terms.

 

Amit’s personal philosophy centers on mental resilience and positivity: “Your mind is the most valuable real estate you will ever own; don’t let negativity acquire it.” His work encourages readers to cultivate a positive, growth-oriented mindset as the key to unlocking their inner potential. Through Unlock Your Inner Superhero: Practical Steps for Holistic Living and Personal Mastery, Amit aims to inspire readers to become who they were truly meant to be, leading lives filled with purpose, joy, and fulfillment.

 

Dedicated to continuous learning and fitness, Amit places high importance on physical well-being and loves playing badminton. In addition to his business pursuits, he is an active philanthropist, supporting causes close to his heart such as education and healthcare. He is actively involved with various schools, colleges, and hospitals as a patron and trustee, working to make a positive impact in these vital areas.

 

Amit’s contributions to the business world have been widely recognized, including accolades like “Transportation and Logistics Business of the Year” by Franchise India, Times Now, and Entrepreneur Magazine in 2017, and “20 Most Promising Hire Carrier Service Providers” by Silicon India Magazine in 2019.

Currently based in Delhi, Amit enjoys music, traveling, and reading. He is already working on his next book, focusing on time management—a skill he believes is crucial for reclaiming control over one’s life.
